Douglas Edward Reeves

REEVES, Douglas “Doug” Edward – Passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Saturday November 27, 2021, in his 92nd year. Husband of Barbara (nee Emrich) Reeves and predeceased by his wife Donna (nee McCallum) Reeves (1991). Loved father of Stephen (Beatrice), Dianne (Jim) Reeves Denby, Dennis (Nancy), and the late Judy Reeves Babinsky. Cherished grandfather of Nadine (Josh), Nicole, Becky (Jason), Chris, Ashley (Neil) and great grandfather to Gabriella, Isaac, Reece, Olivia, and Julianne. Dear brother of Bud Reeves and Barb Reeves. Doug will be missed by his extended family members and friends. Doug was a long-time employee at Standard Tube where he operated the crane for many years. He was especially active at South Gate Centre in Woodstock with the Sports Committee and was instrumental running the Billiards program. A private interment will take place at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. A celebration of Doug’s life will take place later and will be announced.
