Jeffrey passed away on his 60th birthday, June 19, 2023, after a brief illness at the Woodstock Hospital. Loved son of Lorna and the late John McGinnis, and brother of Elaine. Jeffrey is predeceased by his brother, Michael.
Private services will be held. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Jeffrey's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Canadian Mental Health Association. Arrangements entrusted to the Brock and Visser Funeral Home.
