Frances Marlene (Hough) Foster

FOSTER, Frances Marlene (nee Hough)- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday, February 12th, 2020 in her 82nd year. Daughter of the late Harry and Mary Hough. Survived by three sons, Michael, Allan (Elaine), Dan (Maria), and grandchildren Jen (Nisse), Jon (Rayna), Alyssa, Leah, Evan. Sister of Rosemary (late Ron) Doney, Harry (Dorothy) Hough, Dorothy (George) Campbell, and Julia (Murray) Pretti. Frances taught piano for years, played for Woodstock Choralaires, was the music director at Dundas St. United Church for 8 years, and was employed by the Board of Education at Springbank School and Huron Park Secondary School for 21 years.  Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020 for a Celebration of Frances' Life from 2 to 4 PM.
