Zena (Cox) Benoit

BENOIT- On Wednesday March 5, 2008. Zena Benoit of Woodstock in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Benoit. Adored and deeply mourned mother and best friend of Brian Benoit, Jo-Ann Benoit and her husband Zoltan Horvath. Deeply loved grammy of Celina and Joel Horvath. Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Ida Cox, sisters Mabel Franks, Ida Denstedt and Eunice Fisher. Zena was a 30 year member of Oxford Historical Society and a member of Wingate Raiders I.O.D.E. Mom's passions were her family and collecting unique things to decorate her home. She loved to read biographies and anything about history. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Saturday, March 8, 2008 from 6-8 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Sunday at 2:00 pm.
