NORTON- After a courageous battle with cancer,"Willie" (Wilhelmina) H.M. Norton (nee Geris) of Metcalfe St. Woodstock passed away peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Monday November 3rd 2003 in her 60th year. Beloved friend of Fred Wilkinson. Dear mother of Michelle Ross and her husband Ian, Laura Norton and her partner Mike Watling and Donna Norton. Loved grandmother of Patrick, Katrina, Connor, Chelsey and Lucas. Dear sister of Kay Fiorino and her husband Bruno, Rietje ) MacIntyre and her husband Fraser, Harry Geris and his wife Sue, Ellie Ouellette and her husband Victor, Bill Geris and his wife Kathy, Frits Geris and his wife Bernie, and Mary Willms. and her husband Rudy. Willie is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Ann (1986). Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, Wednesday 7-9pm, where the complete memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1:30pm with Rev. Megan Collings-Moore officiating.
