William Hugh "Hughie" Mcmullen

McMULLEN, W. Hughie - On Tuesday, December 11, 2012. William "Hughie" McMullen of Caressant Care Woodstock in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Jean Betty (nee Burn) McMullen. Dear father of Bill and his wife Betty of Goderich and Patricia Hoskin and her husband Bob of Mississauga. Cherished grandfather of Edward, Bonnie, Shaun (Amanda), Samantha (Rick) Peterson, Michael Hoskin and great grandfather of Katie, Steven, Elijah, Isaiah, Kaitlyn and Bradley. Also survived by his siblings Thelma Saar; Howard (Audrey) McMullen; Muriel O'Bright and Ron McMullen. Predeceased by his parents Lester and LaDora (nee Force) McMullen; sister Glenna McMillan (1999) and his infant brother Donnie McMullen. Hughie served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII and was a longtime member of Church of the Epiphany, Woodstock. Friends will be received by the family at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Sunday December 16, 2012 after 12:30pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30pm, with Rev.
