William "Karl" Mason

MASON, William “Karl”- Passed away peacefully on Monday, December 4th, 2023, with the love of family by his side. Karl was in his 80th year. Much loved husband of Cheryle Lee (Armes) for over 57 years. Beloved father of Alan (Wendy) Mason and Lonna (Rob) Winter. Cherished grandfather of Rachel and Morgan (Alex). Missed by his brother Howard Mason. He will also be missed by his 4-legged girlfriend Daisy. Karl is survived by sister-in-laws Marion Stormink (Pete), Margaret (Rob) Messenger and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Karl is predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Annie Mason, also his brothers Mervin, Ken and sister Roberta. He is also predeceased by his loved in-laws Lewis Allen Armes and Ena Alberta Armes. Karl was a very loving and hard-working man and provided well for his family. He worked at Accuride in London for 25 years and the City of London for 23 years. Visitations will be held at Brock and Visser Funeral home located at 177 Dundas St in Thamesford on Sunday December 10th from 2pm to 4pm and on Monday December 11th from 10am to 11am where the service will take place at 11am. Interment will follow the service at the Zion Cemetery.
