de Graaf, William "Bill" - Passed away peacefully at Sakura House on Monday September 14, 2015 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of the late Sheila (nee Wood) de Graaf (1998) and survived by his wife and companion, Marlene Sim for over 13 years. Loved father of Stephen (Sue) de Graaf, Janet (Peter) Plumstead, Kimberley (Ron) Spanjer. Cherished Papa of Adam (Kathryn) Plumstead, Lindsay (Rob) Alderson, Katie (Mike) Zehr, Dylan and Matthew Spanjer. Dear Grand Papa of Natasha and Addison Plumstead and Carter Zehr. Loved brother of Maryann (Cecil) Armstrong. He will be missed by Marlene's children; Ron (Lana) Sim, Donna (Terry) Eaton and Keith (Lisa) Sim; son-in-law of Agnes Smart, brother-in-law of Rae (Brenda) Smart and Corinne (Joe) Scott. Predeceased by his brothers James, Jack and Peter. Bill was a fun-loving man with a comical sense of humour who enjoyed being around people. He enjoyed his job at Fisher Controls for many years before retiring in 1997. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday September 17, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2:00 pm.
