William (Bill) Geroux

GEROUX - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday, October 22, 2009. William "Bill" Harvey Geroux of Woodstock in his 75th year. Beloved wife of Shirley Ann Geroux (nee Langford). Dear father of Steven Geroux, Dan Geroux and Michelle Kozub (Rich). Loved grandfather of Tori Ann Geroux and Curtis Geroux. Loved brother of Edward (Esther), George (Patricia), Peter (late Joan) and Agnes Tuck (Ken) and brother-in-law of Paul Kendrick, Edwin Langford (Peggy), Douglas Langford (Kathy) and Rick Langford. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Albina Geroux and his siblings, Leo Geroux and Theresa Kendrick. Bill was a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross as a driver and a past volunteer with the V.O.N. Day Program. He was also the manager of the Woodstock Old Timers Hockey and Baseball Team. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 2-4pm and again on Monday, October 26, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 11am. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
