William "Bill" Engel

ENGEL, William "Bill" - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Thursday January 28, 2016 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Johanna Engel (nee Van Den Boogaart). Loving father of Martin Engel and his wife Barbara, John Engel and his wife Georgette, Harry Engel and his wife Elizabeth and Tanja Butcher Vandenberk. Predeceased by his brothers Dirk Engel and Joep Engel. Cherished grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Bill was an avid bowler, golfer and curler. He was also well know to be gone for hours riding his bike. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Life Church, 547 Athlone Ave. Woodstock on Saturday February 6, 2016 at 11:00 am. Pastor Thomas Zimmerman officiating.
