CUTHBERT, Wilbur Francis - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Saturday February 3rd, 2018, Wilbur Francis of Oxford Gardens in his 100th year. Dear father of Caryl Unger of Leamington, Eva Black and her husband Steve of Bobcaygeon. Loved grandfather of five grandchildren; Dan, Scott, Janice, Cheryl, Jeff and 10 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife Mabel (2010) and his daughter Lynn Campbell (2002). Formerly of RR # 5 Ingersoll, Wilbur was a dairy farmer with registered Holstein cattle. He was a founding member of Oxford Milkway and served as president in 1968. A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
