BAXTER- At Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, on Wednesday May 26, 2004. Wilbert "Web" Ray Baxter of Thames St. N. Ingersoll and formerly of Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved father of Russ and his wife Jo Ann of Beachville, Allan of London, and Eva Ackert of Ingersoll. Loved grandfather of Kelly; Russ; and Mary, Susy; Michael; Derek and Charlyn and their children. Dear brother of Marjorie Edwards and Thelma Quackenbush. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Friday at 1:30 pm with Captains Ray & Tina Paddock officiating. Interment Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
