Violet (Logan) Wilson

WILSON- at Woodingford Lodge on Wednesday March 12th, 2003. Violet Helen Wilson (nee Logan) formerly of Grosvenor St., Woodstock in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Paul D. Wilson (1979). Loved mother of Judy Armstrong and her husband David of Woodstock and mother in law of Mary Wilson. Dear grandmother of Kimberley Armstrong of Woodstock, Cairn Pittock and her husband Marc of Wingham, Kevin and his wife Roberta of Italy, Suzanne Drennan and her husband John of Embro, Mona Wilson, Jacqueline Todd and her husband Tom of Woodstock, and Paul Wilson of Woodstock. Loved great grandmother of eleven great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren. Violet was predeceased by her son Jack Wilson (1995) and was the last surviving member of her family. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Friday from 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held from the chapel on Saturday at 4:30 pm. with Rev. Keith Sutherland officiating. Interment later in Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery. Contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated.
