Beloved wife of Clarence Chattington of Woodstock and the late Clarence Armstrong (1974). Loved daughter of the late Ella Wilker (nee Krug) and the late Jake Wilker. Dear mother of Carolyn (James) Mutton of Tillsonburg and son Barry (Beverly) Armstrong of Woodstock, six grandchildren ; Terry (Liz) Mutton of New Dundee, Wendy (Ron) Stewart of Oakville, Kim (Fred) Penner of Tillsonburg, Randy Armstrong, Scott Armstrong and Leslie (Tony) DeJongh all of Woodstock, also nine great grandchildren. Violet is also survived by her stepchildren ; Terry (Stella) Chattington of Ilderton, Diane (Barry) Drew of Toronto, Lynn (Bill) Fell of Orillia and by her brother Floyd Wilker of Thorndale and by several nieces and nephews. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm with Reverend Richard Holm officiating.
