Vincent Emile Joseph Sabourin

SABOURIN, Vincent (1932-2005). Mr. Vincent Sabourin, age 73 of James St., Woodstock passed away peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Monday October 17, 2005. Born in Moose Creek, Ontario he was the son of the late Bruno Sabourin and the former Antoinette Lalonde. Left to mourn are his family, wife Therese Sabourin (nee Villeneuve) for over 53 years, his son Michael Sabourin and his wife Heidie, and their children Amber, Sarah, Kelsie and Cory Sabourin of Lasalle. Beloved brother of Therese Blanchard, Rejean Sabourin (Murielle), Elise Arseneau (Lange), Alicia Emmell (Rheal) and Robert Sabourin (Jean) and brother-in-law of Florence Sabourin, Marie Bowen and Jeannette Villeneuve all of Cornwall. Vincent is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Marcel, sister Jeannine Carbino and by his brothers-in-law Leo Blanchard, Jean Villeneuve and Roland Bowen. A memorial mass will be held at Holy Trinity Church (formerly St. Rita's Catholic Church) 904 Dundas St., Woodstock on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Fr. Chris Gevaert officiating. A memorial mass will also be held at the Nativity Roman Catholic Church, 300 Montreal St., Cornwall on Wednesday November 2, 2005 at 10:00 am with Fr. Gaetan Deschamps officiating. Interment of ashes in the Notre Dame Cemetery, Cornwall. Contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated and may be arranged through the R.D.
