Syme, Verna Jean - Passed away Peacefully on Monday, October 14th, 2019, at the Woodstock Hospital in her 59th year. Beloved wife of David for 33 years. Cherished mother of Kimberley, Marshall and Nicholas. Proud grandmother of Emmett. Dear sister of Ivan, Leslie, and Leonard. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 19th, from 2 pm - 4 pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, ON. In honour of Verna, pink outfits are encouraged as it was her favourite colour. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
