Verna Joy (Hetherington) Graydon

GRAYDON, Verna Joy (nee Hetherington)- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday, August 9th, 2019, in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Donald Graydon. Loving mother of Joy (Gordon) Sharpe and Barry (Brenda) Graydon. Cherished grandmother of Teresa and Chris Graydon. Dear sister of Jay (Mary) Hetherington, Jean Waechter, and sister-in-law to David (Ella Mae) and Pat Graydon. Predeceased by her parents Gordon and Gladys (nee Axford) Hetherington, her siblings Lee (Donna)Hetherington and June (James) Lowe and brothers-in-law Jerome Waechter and William Graydon. Verna will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews and extended family. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
