Verna Caroline (Zapp) Field

FIELD - At her residence on Wednesday February 11, 2009. Verna C. (Nee Zapp) Field of Caressant Care, Woodstock in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late William Field (1997). Mother of Daniel Field of Texas. Dear friend of Mary Campbell of Woodstock and loving aunt of Edythe Smith and her family. Predeceased by her parents Carl and Edith Zapp and by two brothers and three sisters. Verna was the last surviving member of her own family. Friends are invited to call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday February 19, 2009 after 1:00 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 2:00 pm. Cremation to follow. Interment later in the Ewing Cemetery, Trenton, New Jersey. Contributions to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
