ROWE - At Woodstock Private Hospital on Monday August 11, 2003. Vera E.M. Rowe (nee Wright) formerly of Fyfe Ave., Woodstock in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Ansel C. Rowe. Dear mother of and Marie Belanger and her husband Paul of Waterloo and Valerie Watson and her husband Jim of Woodstock Loved grandmother of Suzanne Stephenson, Alison Moodie, Heather English, Jennifer Williamson, David, Joseph and Paul Jr. Belanger. Dear great grandmother of 17 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Joan, great grandson Jamie Belanger, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Vera was a member of the Khaki Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #27, Woodstock, a member of the College Avenue Church and Charter Member of the Kinette Club, Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Kirby Constable officiating. Interment in the Hillview Cemetery. Contributions to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
