WERBY, Velva Bernice - At Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Monday October 2, 2006 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late John Peter Werby (1981). Dear mother of Pat Werby and his wife Julie of Burford, Mike Werby of Barrie, Dan Werby and his wife Heather of Woodstock and mother-in-law of Diane Werby of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Jeff, David, Paul, Jaime, Jessica, Chris (Crista), Adrienne (Ian) and great grandmother of Ashton. Dear sister of Thelma Robbins and her husband Dennis of Ancaster and sister-in-law of Ray Young of Burlington. Predeceased by her son Steven "Gunner" Werby (2002) and by her sisters Louise Young and Ruby (Glen) Phibbs. A private family memorial service will be held at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Internment in the Hillview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Building Fund or the Woodingford Lodge Building Fund would be appreciated.
