With his family by his side at the Woodstock General Hospital, April 26th. It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our cherished and beloved son Trevor Andrew McCoskey. Son of Dean and Catherine McCoskey, Loving Brother of Eileigh (Jeremy) Cocchetto. Proud Uncle of Adriana and Tenley Cocchetto. Much loved Grandson of Bruce and Donna Hilderley, predeceased by grandparents Tony and Shirley McCoskey. Will be missed by several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
Trevor was a very kind, caring person with a heart of gold who loved his family deeply. Born a natural athlete of many sports and was the biggest Steelers fan ever!
From a very early age he was always wanting to rescue and help people and was born a leader putting 110 percent into everything he did. It was to no surprise that he chose to go off to LakeLand College (Alberta) to train as a Firefighter then to Conestoga College (Kitchener) to earn his diploma as a Respiratory Therapist.
Although Trevor may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will forever live on in the memories and hearts of those who loved him. A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
Special thanks to the staff at the Woodstock General Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit. Our deepest and sincerest thanks to Dr. Vu for his continuous years of kind and compassionate care given to Trevor.
If desired memorial contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Palliative Care, or charity of your choice would be appreciated.
