LUBBERTS, Tim - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday March 28, 2017 in his 51st year. Best friend and loving husband of Janet L. (nee Jaques) Lubberts for over 28 years. Loved son of Jeanne Lubberts and brother to Dan (Gail) Lubberts and the late Joe Lubberts (1995). Dear brother-in-law to Nancy and John deWeerd and uncle to Janine (Raymond), Leesha (Dan), late Kara (1993), Jesse, Garrit and Alicia. Tim will be sadly missed by his parents-in-law John and Marylou Jaques. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday April 1, 2017 after 2:00 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 3:00 pm. Interment to follow in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Palliative Care Unit or Sakura House Hospice would be appreciated.
