HARVEY, Thora J. - At the Woodstock Hospital on Friday June 17, 2016 in her 88th year. Beloved wife and best friend of John L. Harvey for over 65 years. Dear mother of Michelle (David) Simmonds, Mark (Jennifer) Harvey and Stephen (Jannick) Harvey. Loved grandmother of Erica, Jeremy, Danny (Amy), Helen (Joe) , John (Lucie), Jenn (Chris), Adam (Susan), Ryan, Shelagh (Grant) and late Kathryn (2006). Cherished great grandmother of Michaela, Isaiah, Connor and Charlee. Dear sister of Lois (late Bob) Crofoot, Rick Pond (Bob Archer) and sister-in-law of Joan Pond , Mary (Kenneth) Lund and George (late Robin) Harvey. Predeceased by her brothers Murray (late Betty) Pond and Ken Pond. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday June 21, 2016 for a memorial service to honour Thora's life at 11:00 am. The family encourages those attending to feel welcome to dress in cottage casual clothing. Cremation has taken place.
