BURNS, Thomas "Tom" C - Passed away peacefully with his loving fmily by his side at Sakura House, Woodstock on Sunday October 21, 2018 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Suzanne A. (nee Boug) Burns for over 47 years. Cherished father of Rebecca Burns, Amanda (Tyler) Thorpe and will always be remebered by his adopted family; Davinder (Gurgeet) Bains, Barbara Halliday and her daughter Beatrice. Dear brother of Marjorie (Floyd) Nellis and brother-in-law to Gary (Martha) Boug, Donna (Lou) O'Neill, Diane (Bill) Barnfeather, Carol (late Frank) Cotton, Linda (Gerry) Gooder, Barbara (Ray) Bernoties, Bob (Barb) Boug, Bill (Janice) Boug and Brad (Meaghan) Boug. Tom was the past owner/operator of Olive Branch Natural Health Clinic in Woodstock for many years. He and his wife saw many patients, a lot of which coming from quite a distance. He touched many lives. Through his practice of natural remedies, massage therapy, his unwavering humour and his pure power of positivity. Tom changed lives. He will forever be remembered and will never be forgotten. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday November 3, 2018 from 1:00 - 2:00pm where the memorial service to honour Tom's life will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00 pm with Pastor Ludwing Melendez officiating.
