RUTGERS, Ted - At Woodstock Hospital on Friday March 30, 2012. Theo "Ted" Johan Rutgers of Woodstock in his 74th year. Beloved husband of "Annet" Antoinette C. (nee Regterschot) for over 48 years. Dear father of Raymond and his wife Janice, Kimberly Hebblethwaite and her husband Laurie all of Hamilton, Richard and his wife Janet of Woodstock and Michael and his wife Sherry of Paris. Loved grandfather of Jason, Markus, Ashley, Rachel, Justin, Reilly, Maxwell, Matthew and Ty. Dear brother of Jan Rutgers, Wilhemine Tenbroeke (Theo), Henry Rutgers (Annie) and brother-in-law to Annie Rutgers and Jean Rutgers. Predeceased by his brothers Bernard and Bill and by his sisters Annie Boudry and Narda Nieuwhof. Ted was a longtime member of Emmanuel Reformed Church and the Men of Praise. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday April 2, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 170 Clarke St., Woodstock on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Peter Burrill officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
