PENFOLD, Sylvia - At the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday March 29, 2016 in her 82nd year. Beloved partner of Gerry Blackburn for over 25 years and wife of the late Howard W. Penfold (1970). Sylvia will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Friends may call at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday April 1, 2016 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm.
