JONES, Suzanne "Sis" - It is with great sadness that the family of Suzanne "Sis" M. (nee van Trigt) Jones mark her sudden, tragic passing on Friday December 16, 2016 in her 51st year. Sis was the soul-mate of Wayne Jones (2012) and the daughter of Barb (Doug) Reeves and Jim (2013) (Jackie) van Trigt. She was the much loved little sister of Sandra (Ken) Leeuwestein and Shelley (Flint McLay) Doy. She will be missed by her step-siblings; John (Nicole) Leeuwenburg, Ron (Lynn) Leeuwenberg, Steve (Trice) Reeves, Diane (Jim) Denby, Dennis (Nancy) Reeves and late Judy Reeves. She was "Aunt Zanne" to Pamela, Matthew, Jessica, Luke, Nerissa, Owen, Andrew, Adam, Kira, Devon, Nadine, Nicole, Becky, Chris and Ashley. Sis also leaves behind her step-children and step-grandchildren in Alabama. She was an active member of the Eastern Star and Little Bethel Community Church in Hamilton. She loved children and her cat "KC". Her perpetual smile and huge heart will never be forgotten. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at St. David's United Church, 190 Springbank Ave., Woodstock on Wednesday December 28, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:30pm, where a celebration of Sis' life will take place at 1:30 pm with Rev. Jane van Patter officiating. Cremation has taken place.
