ELSTUB - At his residence on Monday October 11, 2004. Stephen John Elstub of Nellis St., in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Audrey G. Reid (nee Clare) . Loved son of Alice (Dolly) Elstub and partner Fred Zak of Barrie and the late George Elstub (1984). Dear father Tom Elstub and Theresa Birmingham and her husband Michael all of Vancouver and step-father of Darrell Reid and his wife Shelley of Woodstock and Annette Young and her husband Paul of Mt. Elgin. Loved grandfather 9 grandchildren. Dear brother of Bob Elstub and his wife Joan of Milton, Georgina Taylor and her husband Carl of Penetanguishine and Phyllis Synnott of Barrie. Steven was employed with Kelsey Hayes for over 40 years and was a former member of the Recreation Committee with the C.A.W. Hall, Woodstock and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Mairi Henderson officiating. Interment later in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions to the Children's Wish Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
