SCHAAFSMA, Shirley Ann - Passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, June 13, 2020, in her 56th year. Beloved mother of the late Logan Schaafsma (2010). Loving daughter of Irene (nee Caza) Simms and the late Andrew Schaafsma. Dear sister of Jim Schaafsma (Bonnie), Debbie Barrow (Bart), Steve Simms (Catherine), late John Schaafsma (1990) and will always be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and friends. Shirley was a long time employee of W.D.D.S. (Woodstock District Developmental Services) for 30 years. Cremation has taken place and a public celebration of life will be held at a later date. Interment in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. In Shirley’s memory and for the memory of her dear son Logan, memorial contributions to C.M.H.A.
