GORSLINE - Shirley (nee Badgley) passed away at Woodstock General Hospital after a brief fight with cancer on Sunday December 11, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Donald C. Gorsline (2004). Loved mother of Janna (Bill) Tatham of Toronto and Carla (Russ) Blair of Mississauga. Dear grandmother of Michael, Janine and Colin Tatham of Toronto and Adam, Dana, and Emma Blair of Mississauga. Loved sister of Ronald (Carol) Badgley of Belleville, Irvin (Margaret) Badgley of Foxboro, Reginald (Cathy) Badgley of Belleville, Betty (Alan) Madigan of Napanee and Eugene (Ruth) Badgley of Picton. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Shirley was an avid golfer, bridge player and devoted to her family. Her strong spirit and cheerful outlook will be sadly missed by friends and family. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. David Woodall officiating. Cremation. Contributions to St. David's United Church or the Woodstock General Hospital - Building the Vision Campaign would be appreciated. A very special thank you to the staff at Thameswood Lodge, Victoria Hospital and the Woodstock General Hospital.
