FIGG, Shirley A. - At Stratford General Hospital, on Monday, April 29th 2013. Shirley Alice Figg (nee Barker) of Woodstock in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Ronald James Figg. Cherished mother of Robert (Margaret), James (Frances), Diana (Bogdan) and Richard (Jo Ann) all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of 20 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Shirley is also survived by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Jack and Edna (nee Paisley) Barker and by her siblings Hazel Goodhue, Thelma Brookshaw, Murray Barker, Harold Barker, Gladys Rudd and Lillian Lichti. She was the last surviving member of her own family. Shirley attended First Baptist Church, Woodstock and was a dedicated AVON consultant for 53 years. Friends will be received by the family at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004, on Wednesday May 1st, 2013 from 2:30-4:30pm & 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday May 2nd at 11:00 am. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
