COWEN, Sandra "Scooter" Carolynn - Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at her residence while in her sleep. She was the loving partner of George Montgomery. Dear mother to Jessie Potter and grandmother to Jasmine. Daughter to Patricia (Cowen) Baxter. Scooter loved animals, gardening, and dream catchers, and she was proud of her Native Heritage. She will be missed by her many friends. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family for a memorial service at Sun Park Hidden Valley on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at 1:00pm.
