PERKINS, Ruth I. - Passed away in West Vancouver, BC on Thursday October 26, 2017 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Frederick "Fred" Perkins (2004). Dear mother of Pastor Don (Grace) Perkins and Douglas Perkins. Loved grandmother of Cathy (James), Trish (Mike), Paul (Marylou), Michelle (Matt), and Dean, great grandmother of Jess, Katie, Ally, Jordan and Steven. Dear sister of Lloyd (Joan) McIntosh. Predeceased by her sisters Edna, Sadie and Rose. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday November 3, 2017 from 6 - 8pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am with Pastor Wally Stevenson officiating.
