KING, Ruth Anne - At the Woodstock Hospital on Friday June 21, 2013. Ruth Anne (nee Durling) King of Woodstock in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late T. Francis King (1999). Dear mother of Charlotte King (late Douglas E. Merrell) of St. Catharines and Cliff King (Brenda) of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Dan Merrell (Mary Balino-Merrell) of Ottawa, Marshall King of Victoria, BC, Leah King of Woodstock and great grandmother to Phoenix Pierce-Merrell. Dear sister of Marzie Hiliker (Gary) of Paris and sister-in-law to Sharon Durling and Robert Force. Predeceased by her daughter Audrey King, brother Jim Durling and by her sister Dora Force. Ruth Anne had been a longtime member of Burford Baptist Church and Oxford Baptist Church. She was employee for many years at Timberjack and Holland Hitch. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday June 23, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm and again on Monday from 3-5 pm only. The funeral service will be held at Oxford Baptist Church, Hunter St. Woodstock, on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Pastor Don Reeve officiating. Interment in the New Durham Cemetery.
