HEY- At the Woodstock General Hospital on January 14, 2006, C. Ruth Hey (nee Cassady) of Woodstock in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Leonard H. J. Hey for 63 years. Dear mother of Brian Hey and his wife Cecilly of Hamilton, Patricia Bruce and her husband Don of R.R.#6 Woodstock and Gregg Hey of Brantford. Loved grandmother of Shawn (Lynn), Bradley (Miryam), Kevin (Celia), Robert (Loretta), Teresa Sauve (Jamie), Andrew, Matthew and great-grandmother of Sophie, Brandon, Emma, Connor, Mariah, Justin, Devin, Skylar and Zachary. Dear sister of Evelyn Rayner and her husband George of London and sister-in-law of Lil Cassady of Paris. Predeceased by her son Stephen Hey, granddaughter Lori, and brother Lawrence. Ruth was a longtime member of All Saints Anglican Church. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., (539-0004) on Monday January 16, 2006 from 7-9 pm and again on Tuesday at the Church of the Epiphany (All Saints Church, Winniett St., Woodstock) from 12:30 - 1:30 pm. The funeral service will be held at All Saints Church on Tuesday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Megan Collings-Moore officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
