PALMER, Russell H. - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Sunday June 16, 2019 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Mary E. (nee Hopkins) Palmer for over 62 years. Dear father of Janice (Gord) Millard and Doug Palmer. Cherished grandfather of Jason Atkinson (Darlene Hooper), Pamela Atkinson-Anderson, Christine Atkinson and will always be remembered by his eight great grandchildren. Dear brother to Dorothy Lowe and Ray (Diane) Palmer. Predeceased by his brother Don Palmer. Russell was a longtime member of the O.C.N.V.A (Navy Club). His love and passion for music will live on in the hearts of his family and all that knew him. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday June 19, 2019 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, where the memorial service will take place in the chapel on Wednesday at 2:00 pm with Rev.
