COOK, Russell George - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, surrounded by the love of his family, on Tuesday July 7th, 2015 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie Cook (nee Hamilton). Loving father of Donna Smith, Brian Cook, Michael (Marianne) Cook and Vicky (Kim) Dineen. Cherished grandfather to Scott Smith, Tad Smith, Michelle Samson, Murray Cook, Mackenzie Cook, Bill Dineen, Iris Dineen and great-grandfather of five. Survived by his brother Lloyd (Darlene) Cook and sister Doreen (Gerald) Fink. Predeceased by his siblings Marion Dinsmore, Marguerite Minard and Joseph Cook. Russell was a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 55 and the Oxford County Naval Veterans Association ``Navy Club``. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004, on Friday July 10th, 2015 after 1pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2pm with Pastor Neil Chotai officiating .
