Roy Albright

Albright, Roy - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Chartwell London Retirement Residences, on Sunday August 13th, 2017 in his 87th year. Loving husband to Elva Albright (late). Beloved father of Penny (late) and son-in-law Stephan Hale (late), Lorrie Biggs (Steve), Gil (Kathy), Yvonne Mierkalns (Tom), Mike (Annette). Proud grandfather of Rebecca (Darrell), Nicholas (Jessica), Steven Jr. (Leza), Pamela (Deryk), Tyler (Katie), Adam, Mitchell, Dylan and Corinne. Also survived by 13 great-grandchildren. Brother to Ervin Albright and predeceased by siblings Clara, Aaron, Laura, William, Samuel, and Irma. Will also be sadly missed by Marg (sister-in-law), Wally (brother-in-law), nieces and nephews. Roy was an original member of Joe Overholt and the Standbys and Still Kickin' where he truly cherished his time with the bands and entertained many for decades playing his guitar.
