Roxanne Alexis Wojtowicz, known affectionately as Roxanne to her friends and family, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2024, in Norwich. Born on October 3, 1956, in North Bay, Roxanne's life was a tapestry of love, care, and unwavering dedication to her loved ones.

Roxanne's nurturing spirit was the cornerstone of her existence. She was a beacon of warmth and comfort, always ready to extend her motherly love to everyone around her. Her passion for looking after people was not just a trait but a calling that she embraced wholeheartedly throughout her life.

She leaves behind a loving family who were the center of her world. Her devoted husband, David Wojtowicz, stood by her side in a partnership that was a testament to enduring love and mutual respect. Roxanne's legacy continues through her children, Rene, Wesley and his wife Michelle, and Casey with his wife Christina. Each of them carries a part of her strength and kindness.

The light of Roxanne's life shone brightly on her grandchildren, Alex, Ivy, Parker, and Brayden. She cherished every moment spent with them and instilled in them the values of compassion and generosity that she held so dear.

Roxanne was a beloved sister to Leanne and her husband Doug Rotz, Maxeen and her husband Ken Reid, and Marlene and her husband Gino Custino. Her guidance and support were pillars in their lives, and the bond they shared was unbreakable. She was also a cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Predeceased by her parents, Alex and Irene Rennete, and her brothers, Gwendon and Marvin, Roxanne's memory will be honored by all who knew her as a woman of great character and love.

Roxanne's life was a beautiful reflection of the care she gave to others. Her spirit, characterized by her selflessness and her ability to make everyone feel at home, will forever be remembered and celebrated. As we bid farewell to Roxanne, we take solace in knowing that her legacy of love and nurturing will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched.
