MacKenzie - Peacefully on Sunday October 24th, 2004 at the Woodstock General Hospital. Born August 15th, 1932, Rose Marie "Rosie" MacKenzie (nee Foster) daughter of Charles and Ruby Foster. Beloved wife of Fred (A.C.) MacKenzie. Devoted mother of David Roberts (Nancy), Richard Roberts (Ann), Deb Roberts, Thomas Roberts (Marie), Dawn Swartzentruber (Kevin). Proud grandmother of Christina, Kyle, Ezri, Samuel, and MacKenzie. Sister of Ellen Thomson (Hilton), James Foster, William Foster (Gloria), and Robert Foster (Margaret). Sister-in-law of Marguerite Hayman (Carson), Lillian Foster, and George St. Clair. Predeceased by her brother Donald Foster and sister Josephine St. Clair. Rosie will be greatly missed by her cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday from 7-9 pm, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Pastor Brian Stewart officiating. Interment in Harris St. Cemetery Ingersoll. Contributions to the Lung Association Oxford County or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
