MULLINS, Ronald "Moon"- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Friday, August 23rd, 2019, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Elsie Mullins (nee Thomas) (2005). Loving father of Randy (Roberta) Mullins, David (Elke) Mullins, and Lori (Tim) Gratton. Loved grandfather of Kari, Reese, Jamie, and Terry. Dear brother to Kenneth (Betsy) Mullins, Gary (Phyllis) Mullins, Elwood Cameron, and Laverne McDonald. Ron will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Reg Cameron. Ron enjoyed sharing his fond memories fishing the French River, Lake Erie and Queen Charlotte Islands with his family and friends and looked forward to his weekly card socials and bowling games in which he won many championships. Regardless of whether they were on a winning or loosing streak, Ron continued to cheer on the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. He was proud of his involvement in the trucking industry. Ron is a cancer survivor who later succumbed to other ailments. Throughout this entire time, Ron inspired us all by his strength and determination in the face of life adversities. It is these traits that people will remember him most. Life is a highway that has paved the way to be reunited with his dearest wife and very best friend Elsie. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Ron's Life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Saturday, August 31st,2019 from 2:30 to 4:30 PM.
