Ronald G. Pye

Passed away peacefully at home on October 13, 2024 at the age of 83.  Predeceased in December by his beloved wife, Kathleen (nee Howard), with whom he shared 54 years of marriage.  Dear father of Ken (Charlene), Ron (Bobbi), Kathy (Gary) and Margie (Allen). Proud grandfather of Jasmine, Samantha, Kat, Mike, Zeph, Quent and Xander.   Predeceased by his parents, William and Elizabeth Pye (nee Clare). Born in East Zorra Township, Ron was a proud lifelong farmer.  He could be found tinkering, rebuilding tractors, Allis-Chalmers being his favorite.  He was a strong and determined man, despite his health challenges in his last years, and he will be greatly missed.

Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, on Friday October 18 from 5-8pm.  Funeral service will take place on Saturday morning, October 19 at 11am.  A time of fellowship and refreshments will immediately follow the service.  Interment at North Embro Cemetery.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Dale Brain Injury Services.
