Ronald Hayward (Cookie) Cook

COOK - At his home on Sunday February 16, 2003. Ron H. Cook (Cookie) of Huron St., Woodstock in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Clara M. Cook (nee Brown). Dear father of Karen Clunas of Woodstock and Christy Cook and his wife Tina of Oxford Centre. Loved grandfather of Angela (Victor), Sabrina, Allie, Tabatha and Shane and great grandfather of Bailey and Kayden. Loved brother of Gladys, Jean, Betty and Eileen all of Brantford. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Muriel (nee Biggs) Cook and by his brother Bob. Ron was a longtime active member of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Assoc. and had coached many minor hockey and ball teams. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Reverend David Joyce officiating.
