LAVA, Roger Albert- Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Monday, November 13, 2017. Roger Albert Lava of Thamesford, Ontario in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Krista Lava. Loving and devoted father of Robin Lava, Rodney (Lisa) Lava, and Nick Taylor (Casidee). Sadly, missed by his grandchildren Beth Lava, Brandon and Ben House, Jackson and Hayden Taylor, Patrick Kinsella, and Haylee Minogue. Survived by his sisters Jean (late Henry) Shelken, Nitze (late Theo) Kersten, Rosemary (Eddie) Erdelac, and his brother Albert (Noella) Lava. Predeceased by his sisters Yolanda (Noel) Juttens and Angelina (Andy) Michaels. Roger will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews and loving devoted friends. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford (519-285-2427), on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 1 to 2 pm with the memorial service to follow at 2:00 pm. Immediately following the service the family invites everyone to a celebration of life at the Ponderosa Park Campground, 743058 Road 74, Thamesford.
