Roelofje "Roelie" Klingenberg

KLINGENBERG, Roelie - At her residence on Thursday August 13, 2015 at Peoplecare, Tavistock in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Mans Klingenberg for over 65 years. Dear mother of Christina Yates and her husband Gordon, John and his wife Dianne, Grace Hanenburg and her husband Roy and Gerald and his wife Diana. Oma will always be remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Dear sister of Gerrit (Lois) Schierbeek and Anne (Ed) Prinsen. Predeceased by her parents and by several siblings. Roelie was a longtime member of Covenant Christian Reformed Church where she especially enjoyed her time singing in the church choir. She was a past employee of 35 years at the Woodstock General Hospital. Roelie also was an avid golfer, Blue Jays fan and found comfort knitting anything she could and making sure each family member had a piece of that love. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and VIsser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday August 16, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The memorial service will be held at Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 410 Lansdowne Ave., Woodstock on Monday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ralph Koops officiating. Interment in the Innerkip Cemetery.
