Roberta Noreen (Hunter) Mighton

MIGHTON- Suddenly at London Health Sciences Centre (Victoria campus) on Saturday, August 30, 2008. Roberta "Robbie" N. Mighton (nee Hunter) of the Northern Bruce Peninsula in her 62nd year. Beloved wife of Bruce A. Mighton for over 22 years. Dear mother of David and James Hunter of Vancouver, mother-in-law of Zena Robinson of Woodstock and grandmother of Nathan, Rachel, Keeley Robinson, Alex and Jala Hunter. Loved daughter of Erna (nee Leonard) Hunter and the late Alex Hunter and sister of Jean Haverkate of Kitchener and aunt of Bram Haverkate. Dear sister-in-law of Don Mighton and his wife Joyce of Fredericton, NB, Gerald Mighton of Kitchener and Karen Lipski and her husband Ron of Walkerton and survived by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Brenda Deslandes (1997). Robbie was a former employee of the Bank of Montreal, a past employee of General Motors warehouse in Woodstock and was a Lioness member of the Ferndale Lionshead Lions Club for several years. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) Tuesday from 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev.
