SMITH, Robert James Smith - Passed away with family by his side, at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on Friday, March 6th, 2015 in his 86th year. Bob was the beloved husband of the late Shirley Smith (1996). Loving father to Christina Northcott (Dave), Heather Burgess, and Wayne Smith (Lisa). Cherished grandfather to Veronica (Christian), Matthew (Lacey), Samantha, Jesse, Olivia and Dawson, great grandfather to Lux and Xander. Special friend to Ruth Ann Brown. Loved brother to Helen, Barbara (Gordon), Viola, Agnes, Gerald and Elva and brother-in-law to Doris. Predeceased by 3 siblings: Joyce, Marjorie and Donald. Friends are invited to join the family on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St. Thamesford, ON (519-285-2427) where the funeral will be held on Wednesday March 11th at 11:00am with Rev. Larry Edwards officiating. Reception to follow immediately after the service in the Beaty Room (located in the Thamesford Library). Interment in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, London.
