Robert William "Bob" Pearson

PEARSON, Bob - After a courageous battle with Parkinson's at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Sunday December 25, 2011. Robert "Bob" W. Pearson of Beachville in his 77th year. He will be missed by his life long friend and wife, Vonda (nee Todd) Pearson. Dear father of Darla Harrett (Troy) of RR# 4, Woodstock, Deryl Pearson (Maureen) of Sudbury and Darin Pearson of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dear brother of Sharon (Don) Wettlaufer of Embro and brother-in-law to Gerry (Linda) Todd of Woodstock. Predeceased by his sister Gladys Helsdon and brother-in-law Wayne Todd. Bob had been a long time member of Beachville United Church and recently attended Huron Park Baptist Church. He worked as an industrial electrician all his working life. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday December 29, 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm. Interment to follow in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson Foundation Movement Disorder Clinic, London would be appreciated.
