JONES- Suddenly at Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday May 11, 2006. Robert (Jim) Jones of Woodstock in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Mary Lou E. Jones (nee Lattimer). Loved father of Laurie Thompson and her husband Steve, Bill Jones, Julie Long and her husband Jeff, and Jeannie Thomson . Loved grandfather "Grumps" of Jim (Nicole) Thompson, and Becky Thompson; Alyson, Emmy Lou and Jaimie Jones; Brittany and Zack Long; Katie and Kyle Thomson. Cherished great grandfather of Khai- Leigh Thompson. Dear brother of Mary Kingsbury and her husband Don of Woodstock. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Florence Jones, and his sisters Shirley Martins and her husband Alex, Barb Fletcher and her husband Bob. A special thank you to all Pro Health Respiratory staff for the exemplary care and assistance provided for Jim. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Sunday 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Monday at 2:00 pm.
