Robert Alexander "Bob" Johnston

JOHNSTON, Robert "Bob" A. - Passed away with his family by his side at the Woodstock Hospital on Sunday May 6, 2018 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Esther E. (nee Graff) Johnston for 45 years. Dear father of Hugh Johnston and Maureen Feeney. Loving grandfather of Brandon, Tyler, Gareth and Daniel. Dear brother of Margaret (late Joe) Harper, Catherine Johnston, Tom (Joan) Johnston, Mel Johnston and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Rose (Howard) Whittaker. Bob was employed with the Royal Bank of Canada for over 37 years and was a member of the Woodstock Lawn Bowling Club and the Woodstock Curling Club. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Saturday May 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mark McLennan officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment to follow the reception in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Woodstock. If desired, memorial contributions to the MS Society would be appreciated.
